This is an original, one of a kind oil painting on canvas of a black tailed jackrabbit.
Was he shy? Or was he maybe caught eating my flowers? It's hard to say. He does look contrite.
The painting was inspired by one of the many jackrabbits who used to visit our backyard when we lived in Joshua Tree, CA.
