This is an original oil painting on gallery wrapped canvas measuring 30 x 24 inches. It was inspired by the two roadrunners who had built a nest in a cholla cactus next to our driveway one year. They both hunted constantly to feed their hungry chicks. They almost wiped out our lizard population!
Fortunately, the chicks left the nest and the lizards in our yard began to appear again.
It was a fun desert memory.
This painting is wired and ready to hang. It has been signed by me. The edges are painted and it can be hung as it is, or you can choose to frame it if you wish.
